One Way Street is their debut single on Acid Jazz Records. ‘One Way Street’ instantly takes you back to the 1960’s. This could be The Small Faces or The Kinks at their best. This is a song that you will instantly fall in love with and will make you want to put on your mod suit and head to the dancefloor on a saturday night. ‘One Way Street’ is everything and more a song should be, a song that will never sound dated, a song that you will want to keep playing over and over again.
B-Side to the single ‘Day Too Long’ is another example of everything a pop song should be, this sounds like it could be a lost Beatles classic.
The Broken Vinyl Club are one of the best if not the best British bands around at the moment, an album is due out in October. Words can’t emphasise enough, how much you need to go and buy ‘One Way Street’ and let The Broken Vinyl Club into your lives. I guarantee your life will be much better if you do.
